We use contact details you provide to:

• respond to enquiries
• provide quotes and service information you request
• communicate about onboarding or support if you become a client

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

We process enquiry data under the lawful basis of legitimate interests (to respond to your request) and, where relevant, pre-contract steps (to provide a quote or information before entering a contract).

We do not use analytics (such as Google Analytics), advertising pixels, or cross-site tracking.

Our site is designed to work without non-essential cookies. If we ever introduce non-essential cookies in the future, we will update this policy and (where required) provide a consent choice before they are used.

Data retention

We keep enquiry messages only as long as necessary to respond and manage follow-up. If you become a client, we may retain relevant communication as part of normal business records.

If you want us to delete an enquiry message and there’s no ongoing business need to keep it, email us and we will do so.

Sharing your data

We do not share your personal information with third parties for marketing.

We may use trusted service providers to operate our email and hosting infrastructure. They process data only as needed to provide their service.
